Terms of Service & Product Safety Disclaimer

At Tiki Hut Life LLC, we want you to feel informed and confident when choosing our products. Please read the following information carefully before purchasing or using our products.

Ingredients & Allergies

Our products may contain oils, butters, waxes, botanical ingredients, fragrances, essential oils, and other ingredients derived from plants, nuts, seeds, fruits, or other sources. Products are prepared in the same workspace, so cross-contact between ingredients may be possible.

Please review the complete ingredient list for each product before purchasing or use. If you have a known allergy or sensitivity, contact us with questions before placing your order. We cannot guarantee that a product is free from all potential allergens or traces of ingredients used in our workspace.

For products intended for use on the skin, consider testing a small amount on a limited area before regular use. A patch test cannot guarantee that an allergic reaction or sensitivity will not occur.

If irritation or an unwanted reaction develops, discontinue use. Seek appropriate medical advice if symptoms are severe or persistent.

Product Use & Safety

Follow the directions and precautions provided with each product. Unless a product is specifically labeled for another purpose, our bath and body products are intended for external use only.

Avoid contact with eyes and mouth unless the product is specifically intended for those areas. Keep products out of reach of children and store them according to the instructions on the label.

Our products are not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have concerns about an ingredient or product in connection with a medical condition, pregnancy, nursing, or other individual circumstances, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.

Do not use a product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling or intended purpose.

Product Information & Regulatory Disclaimer

Tiki Hut Life provides ingredient and product descriptions for general informational purposes. Ingredient characteristics do not guarantee that a finished product will produce a particular result.

Our cosmetic products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. We do not represent our products as substitutes for medical care.

Cosmetics are regulated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), but most cosmetic products and ingredients do not receive FDA approval before being marketed. Product safety, proper labeling, and applicable regulatory requirements remain important responsibilities for businesses that market cosmetics.

Product descriptions, photographs, colors, textures, scents, and other characteristics may vary slightly between handcrafted batches. Please review the individual product listing and label for the most relevant information about a specific item.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tiki Hut Life LLC is not responsible for adverse outcomes resulting from use contrary to product directions, improper storage, misuse, or failure to follow applicable safety instructions.

Nothing in this disclaimer is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, or to restrict any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using our products, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review the available product descriptions, ingredients, directions, and safety information. If you have questions or concerns about a product, please contact us before use.

These terms do not replace the specific instructions, warnings, or applicable requirements associated with an individual product.
