One thing we cannot live without is our CHOCOLATE! Trying to cut down on sugar but still fulfill your craving can be tough. Luckily, we discovered a recipe we can eat every day. The recipe takes so little time to make from start to finish with a few ingredients.
Ingredients:
4 oz cream cheese room temperature
2 tbsp butter room temp or coconut oil
½ tsp vanilla
1 tbsp honey
¼ cup peanut butter
¼ cup dark chocolate melted
¼ cup coconut flakes
In a double broiler, melt all of the ingredients together.
Mix well.
Line a cookie sheet or container with parchment paper.
Scoop out bite size portions onto parchment paper.
Let sit in your refrigerator for 20 minutes.
